Privacy policy

This policy covers visitors and parents who use SNTGRM. Information about children is covered in our children's privacy notice.
Information we collect
- Parent account information: email address, consent verification record (method and time), and account settings.
- Usage information: pages viewed and actions taken on parent-facing pages, using privacy-friendly analytics. Advertising pixels, if used, load only on parent-facing marketing pages.
- Purchase information: if you buy a paid letter, payment is handled by Stripe. We don't store your card number. We keep the shipping address needed to mail the letter.
- Link clicks: when you click a shopping link, we log the click so we can attribute commissions.
How we use it
To run the service, send account and letter emails, prevent misuse, understand how the site is used and improve it. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate (hosting, database, email, payments, letter printing and mailing, and AI processing). They may use information only to provide services to us. When we send text to an AI provider, we remove identifying information first. Retailers receive no information from us beyond the click itself.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Service emails about your account and letters are sent as needed. Emails never contain affiliate links.
Retention
We keep wish list data until March 31 each year unless you keep your account active. You can delete your account and all child data at any time.
Your choices
You can review, correct, download and delete your information from your account settings, or email hello@thenorthpolepost.example.
Security
We keep a written information security program and limit access to personal information.
