SNTGRM

Children's privacy notice

Draft for attorney review before launch. Last updated October 1, 2026.

SNTGRM is designed for parents. Children use it only through a parent's account, and only after a parent gives verifiable consent.

What we collect from a child

  • A nickname chosen by the parent, an age band, and optional interests.
  • The letter to Santa and the wishes the child enters, including typed wishes and drawings.
  • How much they want each wish (star ratings).

We do not collect voice, photos, last names, addresses, school names or precise location from children.

How we use it

To build the wish list, rank wishes, write Santa's reply, and show the parent a report. We don't use children's information for advertising, and there are no ad pixels or behavioral tracking in kid mode.

Sharing

Text from a child may be processed by an AI service to match wishes to products and draft letters. We remove identifying information first. We do not disclose a child's information to third parties for other purposes without separate parental consent.

Parent rights

Parents can review the information collected from their child, delete it with one click, and refuse further collection by deleting the child profile or account. Contact hello@thenorthpolepost.example.

Retention

Wish list data is deleted by March 31 each year unless the parent keeps the account active. Parents can delete it sooner at any time.
